How Did We Get Here?

Ride or Die Horseshoeing grew out of a love for horses and being blessed with a second chance at life. As early as eight years old, Zack would ride his bike about ten miles to a nearby Arabian horse breeder to help out in the stables, and learned quickly that this love would stay with him throughout his life.

In 2020, after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer, Zack was faced with many challenges which made him look a little differently at what was important in his life and for his family's happiness. He returned to his love of horses and began apprenticing with a farrier, ultimately training at the Oklahoma Horseshoeing School in Purcell.

There was no question, this was "Ride or Die" so while his recovery continues, he feels privileged every day to be able to work with horses.
